- Period of retention and use of personal information: the company retains the personal information of the member while the member receives the service provided by the company. The member's personal information is destroyed when the purpose of collecting personal information or the purpose of receiving it is achieved. If a member withdraws from the membership or deletes the member ID due to false personal information, the collected personal information will be completely deleted after a certain period of time and will not be available for any purpose, and cannot be viewed by the author himself. In addition, in the event of a dispute, such as identity theft, a copy of the ID card submitted for identification will be discarded immediately after identification.


2. Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

In principle, the company destroys the relevant information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

- The information entered by the member for membership registration is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (a separate document box in the case of paper) and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other related laws. Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than retention unless it is under the law.

1) Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.
2) Personal information printed on paper is crushed with a shredder or destroyed by incineration.

3. In principle, the personal information provider does not provide the user's personal information to the outside. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
- In the case where the users have agreed in advance, in accordance with the provisions of the Act or at the request of the investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in the Act for investigation purposes.

4. The rights of users and legal representatives and the method of exercising them
1) Members can check, inquire, or modify their personal information at any time, and request cancellation of their membership.
2) The member's personal information inquiry and correction can be changed directly from the service's personal information management menu, and deletion can be canceled at any time by deleting the application. If you cancel the use, your personal information will be processed immediately and all of it will be deleted after a certain period of time.
3) If a member requests correction or deletion of his or her personal information, the company shall take necessary measures without delay after checking whether he or she is the person. In addition, according to the terms and conditions of use, personal information can be destroyed, member ID deleted, and service suspension under the judgment of the person in charge of personal information.
4) The scope of personal information that the company can provide to members is personal information entered at the time of membership registration, and if you request correction of errors in personal information, you will not use or provide it until the correction is completed. In addition, if the wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction processing result without delay so that the correction can be made.
5) The company processes personal information terminated or deleted at the request of the member as specified in the "Personal Information Collected by the Company" and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for other purposes.

5. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of the automatic personal information collection device
We do not operate a device that collects personal information automatically generated when using Internet services such as cookies.

Supplementary Provisions

Article 1 Date of Enforcement date
These terms and conditions will come into effect on October 1, 2023. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must stop using the service through membership withdrawal.
Article 2 Application of existing membership terms and conditions
In the case of existing members, it is posted on the notice from the effective date to replace individual notifications, and it applies to the contents of Article 3 of the Terms and Conditions.
